What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for internal, supplier, and customer quality issues Lead and track scrap reduction and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with production, engineering, and operations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions Ensure work instructions, inspection plans, and quality documentation are accurate and effectively used Support ISO quality management system processes, audits, and continuous improvement activities Perform targeted in-process inspections to support containment and investigations Serve as a primary quality contact for customers, including meetings and on-site visits when required Communicate professionally with customers regarding quality concerns and corrective actions Analyze quality data and trends to drive preventive improvements What We Need From You3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality, quality technician, or quality assurance role Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems Experience with corrective actions, root cause analysis (5-Why, Fishbone, 8D), and continuous improvement Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills 2+ years working within a documented quality system, including traceability and disciplined documentation.
