Production Lead

/- Direct Hire Assembly Lead /- River Falls WI /- Available for an Immediate Start Our client is a growing power cable manufacturer located in River Falls WI. We are looking for a Production Lead who thrives in a High-Mix, Low-Volume environment, enjoys variety, solving problems and has solid attention to detail. This role will be a hands on/working lead opportunity where you will lead by example. Your role will be kept busy with hands on building as well as setting up and changing over the lines when needed. You will manage inventory levels and ensure the quality is coming out to spec. Our client offers monthly bonuses based on hitting production goals, keeping scrap to a minimum and quality high. Ideally you will have 3+ years in manufacturing, specifically in Cable/Wire Assembly or Electronics, Experience in a "Job Shop" or High-Mix environment (where reading schematics is a daily requirement) and ability to lead a team. Base Wage: $28.00 – $32.00/hour (Based on experience).
