Your Responsibilities What Will You Do? Conduct thorough home inspections (from attics to crawl spaces). Build rapport by clearly explaining your findings and suggesting the best treatment options. Close sales by emphasizing the value, protection, and long-term advantages of Orkin's services. Manage your appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-issued iPad. Work autonomously, prioritize your schedule, and capitalize on leads and self-generated opportunities. Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity at every step. What’s in it for You? Outstanding Earning Potential: Typical first-year earnings between $70,000 and $100,000 (base salary plus commission). Unlimited Commission: Your earnings are solely determined by your sales performance. Company Vehicle: Including a gas card.
