Working closely with the Property Manager, this role provides administrative, financial, and tenant-service support to ensure properties operate efficiently and ownership objectives are met.Key ResponsibilitiesTenant RelationsServe as a contact for tenants, vendors, and prospective tenantsRespond to tenant requests and maintenance needsAssist with lease administration, compliance, and renewalsSupport tenant communication and retention effortsFinancial SupportProcess rent payments and monitor accounts receivable/payableAssist with budget preparation and expense trackingMaintain accurate financial and operational recordsProperty MaintenanceCoordinate maintenance and repair servicesConduct property inspections for safety and complianceMonitor vendor performance and project completionAdministrative SupportPrepare correspondence, reports, and documentationMaintain organized tenant and property recordsProvide operational support to the Property ManagerQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred1–3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with commercial leases and landlord-tenant processes preferredExperience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio preferred) and Google WorkspaceProfessional and dependable work ethicWork EnvironmentOffice-based position with occasional site visitsOccasional evening or weekend availability as neededReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.BenefitsCompetitive salary ($50,000 – $60,000 DOE)Health insurance and retirement plan optionsProfessional development opportunitiesTeam-oriented and collaborative work environmentEqual Opportunity EmployerSVN | Wood Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
