Job Description Deliver thorough, accurate, competitive cost estimates through all design phases - concept to permit Review drawings, manage preconstruction meetings, and define proposal specifications/scope Analyze historical cost data for future estimating accuracy Provide design assistance and feasibility support to clients, design teams, and internal project teams Lead bid solicitations, prepare complete bid packages, and coordinate RFP responses Develop detailed scopes of work for subcontractors and manage communication throughout bidding Create preliminary project schedules and assist with final contracted schedules Evaluate potential contract, cost, constructability, and insurance risks Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Identify new project opportunities and contribute to strategic pursuits MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
