Supervisor Administrative Nursing

Job Summary: Delegates, supervises, and evaluates care as delivered by staff on afternoon and midnight shifts and on weekends and holidays as assigned. Responsibilities:Facilitates a sufficient number of qualified staff to provide care, treatment, and services to patients. Conducts regular rounds within designated patient care units. Assigns patients to beds as necessary. Identifies, intervenes, and resolves interdepartmental issues utilizing appropriate problem solving techniques. Promotes customer service standards and a positive work environment via role modeling and through interactions with others. #LI-KH1 Qualifications:BSN required, MS preferred.
