Compensation Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1460 - $1700 Homecare Nursing Job Details Location: Jeffersonville, IN and surrounding counties (Harrison, Crawford, partial Floyd, and Washington) - Indiana nursing jobs Employment Type: Travel LPN assignment Healthcare Setting: Homecare / Home Health Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Shifts per Week: 5 Shift Duration: 8-hour days Weekend On-Call: Rotation required Hours per Week: 40 Contract Duration: 17 weeks Mileage Reimbursement: $0.46 per mile LPN Qualifications and Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana or compact state Minimum 1 year of LPN experience; homecare or home health experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred: Experience with wound care, drain care, G-tubes, and patient education Preferred: Familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software Key Responsibilities for Homecare LPN Deliver compassionate nursing care to clients in their homes, supporting dignity and independence Monitor and document vital statistics; promptly report abnormal findings Administer medications, feedings, oxygen therapy, and ostomy care Perform wound care, drain care, and G-tube management Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists for continuity of care Maintain infection control standards and report communicable diseases or infections Accurately document nursing actions, communication, progress, and outcomes Order and manage supplies, medications, and feedings Ensure patient needs are met according to physician instructions Monitor and report incidents, complete incident reports, and follow up as needed Maintain medical equipment and report faulty equipment for repair Join our healthcare team today and advance your nursing career with a travel LPN job in Jeffersonville, Indiana!
