Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the development and growth of our high-risk merchant account channel. Leverage your extensive network and expertise to identify, engage, and onboard high-risk merchant partners. Negotiate and finalize partnership contracts, focusing on strategic alignment and long-term success. Provide dedicated support and management, optimizing high-risk partner success and profitability. Monitor and enhance partner performance, developing strategies tailored to the high-risk market. Foster collaborative efforts between partners and internal teams for a cohesive, goal-oriented approach. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, specifically in high-risk account management, to keep Payzli ahead of the curve. Compensation: Base Salary: $50,000 + Profit Sharing Profitability Sharing Bonus Structure: Earn a 10% from Payzli's net revenue in override on partner relationship, and merchants you manage for Payzli in Year 1, transitioning to 6% in Year 2 and 3% in Year 3, with an earning cap of $250,000. Post-Relocation: Increase your base salary by $5,000 with a first-year move bonus. Qualifications: Proven expertise in high-risk merchant account management and development within the Payments Industry. A robust network of industry contacts with experience in cultivating high-risk business relationships. Skilled in negotiation and contract management, particularly in high-risk merchant settings. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of high-risk business dynamics and challenges.
