About the job Genomics SME Requirement for Genomics SME Develop and revise high performance next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis pipeline systems. Develop complex data integration methods/algorithms across various NGS sequencing techniques. Lead or participate in the brainstorming sessions to seek reliable solutions for complex data analysis related to specialized research methodologies Oversee the development and maintenance of complex databases to support new and ongoing research projects. Investigate/solve complex problems involving interesting and sometimes puzzling data. Manage hardware and software resources for multiple labs. Ensure systems meet the continuing needs of the labs. Prepare research reports for presentation sometimes to a broad range of non-computational staff and assist with preparation of manuscripts for publication.
