Develop instructional materials, lab exercises, and assessments aligned with industry standards and student learning outcomes. Adapt instruction for adult learners, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and inclusion. Monitor and assess student progress; provide feedback, tutoring, and remediation as needed. > Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience with at least 4 years working in facilities maintenance or related trades (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry) Strong knowledge of safety practices, tools, equipment, and relevant regulations. Ability to communicate clearly to a diverse student audience. Reliable, organized, good at planning, with the ability to adapt lessons to varying student needs. Basic computer skills for recordkeeping, digital tools, learning management, etc. High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Applicable professional license (s). Journeyman and/or post-secondary education. Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience.
