Deliver one-on-one speech therapy sessions centered on language, communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing techniques. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to formulate cohesive care strategies. Provide education for patients and their families to reinforce progress beyond our clinical setting. Assist in delivering occasional inpatient speech assessments and treatments, ensuring seamless continuity of care. Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational requirements. Engage in continuous professional development through education and teamwork. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
