Perform the occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions to ensure seamless care throughout the patient's journey. Qualifications A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified. Licensure and Certifications Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
