Quality Planning Engineer - Oversee the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) concerning product development and change management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance to integrate APQP processes into product development and manufacturing processes. Application and assurance of quality methods and core tools in production, considering the company standards. Quality Planning EngineerYour main responsibilities will be: Control and development of quality documentation, (e.g. FMEA, Audit plans, instructions). Creation and submitting of PPAP documentation Create and establish the Control Plans and other quality tools Support D-FMEA and P-FMEA Plan and perform the required quality training for the relevant topics from the APQP Job Requirements: Ability to sit for entirety of shift and work on computer. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, bend, stoop and walk the production floor. Flexibility to work overtime as requested. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to focus on relevant work for entirety of shift. Authorized to work for any employer in the United States Analytical mindset. Decisive action, excellent coordination, prioritization skills. Good organizational skills. Strong systems approach. Problem-solving skills. Precise, independent, conscientious, dynamic, reliable work.
