Job Description Travel RN - MedSurg (Nights) Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced RN- MedSurgfor a 13-week travel assignment in Carbondale, IL. Assignment: Nights 3 x 12 36 hrs/week GTD Start Date: 2/16/2026 Contract: 13 weeks EMR: EPIC Nursing ratio is 5:1 on days and 5-6:1 on nights Location: Carbondale, IL 62901 Key Responsibilities: Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team. Provides explanations and instructions to the patient/responsible person. Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition. Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills. Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care. Maintain complete and accurate medical records. Compensation: Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible) Pay package details provided upon offer Requirements Minimum Requirements: Must be proficient in moderate sedation, Must have a current CPR/BLS & NIHSS Must have a current, Illinois Registered Nurse license 2+ years MedSurg RN experience preferred Must have recent travel experience Stroke Certification required(RNs who are stroke certified, able to do three 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday.) Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability The current onboarding process includes one 8-hour day to complete modules, policies, and required tasks, followed by up to two 12-hour orientation shifts on the floor. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running.
