We are searching for a talented Field Service Technician to install and maintain nVent High-Density Liquid Cooling (HDLC) products across global data center sites. What You Will Experience in This Role: Install and maintain cutting-edge nVent High-Density Liquid Cooling (HDLC) products at customer data center sites around the globe. Travel to various client locations worldwide to provide expert installation, maintenance, and warranty support. Engage in meaningful discussions by sharing technical information effectively during updates and troubleshooting sessions. Contribute to project planning by helping define essential tasks, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate closely with Engineers and CAD Designers on prototype and pilot design projects. Embrace additional responsibilities as required, showcasing your versatility. Represent nVent professionally, serving as a trusted point of contact for our clients. You Have: 5+ years of hands-on experience in data center maintenance and installation, preferably with high-density liquid cooling products. Strong ability to deliver clear and effective product and technical training. Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings, with proficiency in CAD software and Visio. Thorough understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, plumbing, pipefitting, and heat transfer principles. Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations (NEC, IEC, IEEE). Basic knowledge of power distribution, heat tracing applications, or control and monitoring systems. A valid driver's license and the ability to work remotely while traveling 50-70% of the time, including international trips.
