Job Title: HRIS Support Technician Job Location: Atlanta, GA (30339) Job Duration: 12 Weeks Shift: Day | 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM) Job Overview: The IS Support Technician will perform a variety of day-to-day Human Resource Information System (HRIS) support functions, ensuring data integrity, accurate processing, and reporting of HR data. This role requires independent work under general supervision, resolving both routine and non-routine issues while interpreting guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices. Key Responsibilities: Review and process System Access Requests in the Ivanti ticketing system. Respond to inquiries and resolve errors within assigned tickets. Process tickets using Kronos WFC and related job aids. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all HR data entered. Provide timely resolutions to service requests and escalate issues as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years in HRIS or data management required. Open to candidates with Helpdesk experience. Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in accurate data entry with close attention to detail. Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and data integrity best practices. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong team collaboration skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
