Educate patients and families to support and enhance their progress beyond the walls of the therapy clinic. Occasionally carry out inpatient therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless care throughout the rehabilitation process. Maintain precise and efficient documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards. Continue advancing your skills and knowledge by engaging in ongoing education and peer interactions. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution. Achievement of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Licenses Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Mandatory: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
