Lifeguard - Summer 2026 (Overnight Camp)

At Girl Scouts San Diego's Camp Winacka, you'll help keep campers safe, build their confidence in the water, and turn every splash into a memory that lasts long after summer ends. As a Lifeguard you'll live onsite and: Supervise pool and waterfront activities Provide active surveillance and respond to emergencies or rescues Assist with swim lessons, skill assessments, and swim classifications Maintain pool equipment and follow all safety protocols Support daily camp life - because teamwork makes camp thrive What You'll Gain: Adventure & Impact: Work outdoors in a beautiful mountain setting while making a difference. Available to work the full camp season (June 15 - July 25, 2026) Current American Red Cross (or ACA equivalent) Lifeguard certification Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification Comfortable living and working in a overnight camp environment.
