Champion respect, dignity, and high-quality care for all residents. Provide consistent, high-quality care and step in as a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide as needed. Assist in supervising and training nursing staff and caregivers. Manage medication administration and conduct periodic audits according to Brookdale guidelines. Participate in on-call duties as required. Must hold an LPN or LVN license with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
