Job DescriptionCommercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong background in managing diverse commercial insurance accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in servicing a generalist book of business, which includes contractors, restaurants, bars, and cannabis accounts. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with emerging producers, providing mentorship and support. Compensation Package Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience) Responsibilities Manage and service a generalist book of business, including contractors, restaurants, bars, and cannabis accounts Handle quoting for new and renewal business Provide mentorship and support to emerging producers on the team Ensure timely and accurate servicing of accounts Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and organizational goals Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management Generalist experience with a variety of account types Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to mentor and collaborate Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges #LI-DD3
