As a Senior Associate in our Business Application Consulting team, you will leverage your expertise to create and implement cutting-edge banking technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing aspects of technology modernization and leading teams to navigate complex challenges within the banking sector, allowing you to influence the future of banking technology. Key Responsibilities: Provide actionable insights and recommendations that lead to meaningful change. Mentor and support team members to enhance their understanding and skills in technology. Navigate and manage complex project requirements to achieve successful outcomes. Ensure the delivery of exceptional quality and professional standards in all deliverables. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. At least 3 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree. Certifications such as Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are highly regarded. Demonstrated knowledge of Bank Technology Modernization. Ability to influence decision-making through clear communication of risks, trade-offs, and strategic alignment. Experience in enterprise architecture and integration strategies. Proven track record of leading end-to-end delivery of multi-module ERP implementations, guiding Agile Release Trains and cross-functional teams. Experience in leading workshops and training programs to enhance Agile capabilities. Strong writing and presentation skills suited for diverse audiences. Championing Lean Six Sigma techniques to optimize ERP release cycles and user adoption. Ability to deliver complex ERP transformation programs while adhering to Agile frameworks.
