Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families throughout their life stages, focusing on a broad range from pediatrics to geriatrics. Oversee chronic conditions, preventive measures, acute health issues, and mental health needs with an empathetic, patient-first mindset. Conduct thorough physical evaluations, analyze diagnostic results, and tailor treatment plans that meet individual patient needs. Work in concert with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other experts to deliver integrated care. Engage in quality enhancement efforts that drive superior patient care and organizational success. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for precise and timely patient documentation. Provide medical services both in person and through telehealth, adapting to the diverse needs and preferences of patients. Education Requirements MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution. Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine. Certifications Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine. Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure. BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous.
