Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of innovative Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. Utilize your hands-on experience with Semantic Kernel and Azure AI Foundry to create intelligent, autonomous agents that seamlessly integrate with enterprise systems. Design and develop workflows that utilize Semantic Kernel for effective prompt engineering, memory, and skill orchestration. Build and implement AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, incorporating multi-modal models and tools. Create scalable solutions for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and knowledge-grounded AI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications and cloud platforms. Ensure the security, compliance, and performance optimization of AI solutions. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2+ years focused on Generative AI and agentic systems. In-depth expertise in Semantic Kernel and Azure AI Foundry. Strong proficiency in Python/C#, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures. Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and tool integration. Familiarity with application security and secure AI deployment practices. High School Diploma or GED required. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks. Experience in enterprise AI adoption and MLOps. Compensation varies based on role, location, skills, and experience. The rates for this position are $66.00 - $76.00/hour.
