The Senior Growth Initiatives Program Manager will be crucial in spearheading significant growth projects across the enterprise. This role involves leading new site developments, facility expansions, automation initiatives, and the integration of new capabilities through mergers and acquisitions. Acting as a key liaison among Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality, the Program Manager will ensure that all programs are executed on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with aerospace and defense standards. This highly visible position is vital for enhancing our capability to support Tier-1 defense programs and solidifying our reputation as a trusted supplier for major organizations such as Lockheed Martin, RTX, Boeing Defense, and Northrop Grumman. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership Lead detailed planning and execution of advanced manufacturing and site expansion projects. Develop, monitor, and maintain integrated master schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve challenges, escalate issues, and ensure execution standards are met. Oversee the entire program lifecycle from initial concept through to commissioning and ongoing support. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work together with Engineering and Operations to effectively implement automation and advanced manufacturing systems within production workflows. Engage with Supply Chain, Facilities, and Quality teams to ensure readiness for launching new sites or capacity expansions. Serve as the primary contact for executive sponsors, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise objectives. Execution & Compliance Ensure program compliance with AS9100, ITAR, DFARS, and DoD requirements, as well as safety and environmental standards. Utilize Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency. Manage deliverables from vendors and contractors for facility, equipment, and automation projects. Reporting & Communication Provide regular status updates on program progress to the Director of Advanced Manufacturing and the executive team. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including schedule adherence, budget performance, quality milestones, and risk management strategies. Create clear program documentation, presentations, and executive briefings. Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, or a related field (Master's degree or PMP certification preferred). Experience 7-10 years in complex manufacturing or operations program management, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior program role. Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale capital programs such as facility expansions, automation deployments, or site start-ups. Experience in the aerospace/defense sector is preferred. Skills Proficiency in program planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera. Strong familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors and contractors effectively. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on execution. Preferred Qualifications PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Experience in aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated industries. Understanding of CAD/CAM, MES, and ERP systems. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Bonus or Equity: This position is eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package. Pay Range: The salary range for this position is $101,500.00 - $188,500.00.
