Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. This role focuses on building scalable AIdriven web applications and requires strong proficiency in a frontend framework (preferably Vue.js) along with backend development using Python or JavaScript. Rate Range: $68/hour to $ 71 /hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Developer job responsibilities include: Develop and maintain fullstack applications using modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js/React) and backend platforms such as FastAPI, Django, Flask, or Next.js. Design, build, and deploy RESTful APIs and AI/MLdriven application features in Python and/or JavaScript. Implement and manage containerized workflows using Docker/Podman and orchestrate deployments via Kubernetes/EKS. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automations with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Terraform/CloudFormation, and GitOps tools like Argo CD. Monitor system performance and health using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Portkey, ensuring high availability and reliability. Work with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and caching technologies like Redis to optimize application performance and scalability. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. 4-6+ years of handson experience in fullstack development, AI/ML application deployment, and cloudnative DevOps engineering. Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (preferably Vue.js) and backend development using Python/JavaScript frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask, or Next.js. Solid experience working with AWS cloud services (EKS, EC2, RDS), containerization workflows, CI/CD automation, IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation), and monitoring solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
