Lead Microservices & DevOps Engineer Location: Hybrid/Remote within India Role Overview: We're seeking a highly experienced engineer to lead the modernization of legacy systems by refactoring SQL-based logic into secure, cloud-native microservices. This role combines deep application development expertise with DevOps leadership, driving automation and scalability across the AWS EKS environment. Key Responsibilities: rchitect and maintain containerized microservices on AWS EKS using Helm and Terraform. Design and automate CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles. Implement Horizontal Pod Autoscaling (HPA) and optimize system performance. Lead the migration and refactoring of legacy SQL and ASP components into microservices using C# Ensure infrastructure reliability, observability, and deployment consistency. Refactor SQL Stored Procedure and ASPX code into C# based microservices modules that can be leveraged by the MCP/A2A event mesh network and agentic AI agents. Redesign / develop API Services to support common abstraction layer for all UI, ETL and API based integrations. Develop AI enabled product features across all 5 core product modules as per Figma Design using Microservices to be consumed by Agentic AI Agents and Workflows.. Required Skills & Experience: Strong expertise in Kubernetes / EKS administration. Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). Proven ability to refactor monolithic applications into microservices. Deep experience with MOM services such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS. Deep understanding of DevOps automation, Helm, CI/CD, and GitOps practices. 15-18 years of overall experience across application development and DevOps domains on AWS or similar environments such as Azure and GCP. Programming skills based on C#, Python and SQL are mandatory requirements Other languages such as Kotlin, Java, JavaScripts are a plus.. Experience with MCP based workflow orchestration and microservices / API integration.
