Senior Wedding Coordinator

We specialize in comprehensive wedding design, coordination, and planning services tailored for engaged couples. The Senior Wedding Coordinator role offers an excellent opportunity for passionate individuals looking to embark on or advance their career in wedding planning. This is a contract position that allows you the flexibility to create your own schedule! We provide thorough training, and compensation ranges from $20 to $35 per hour, based on project work. We invite enthusiastic candidates to join us for the 2026 wedding season and beyond. As a Senior Wedding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing wedding planning services onsite for couples, working closely with assistant coordinators to facilitate seamless events. Your responsibilities will include: Developing detailed wedding timelines tailored to couples' preferences Acting as a supportive advocate for the couple, helping to manage stress and effectively resolving any issues that emerge during the event Overseeing the setup for both the ceremony and reception Executing all day-of wedding operations, from early morning preparations to the final moments of the celebration Welcoming and guiding all vendors present on the special day Coordinating with vendors regarding their setup needs and requirements Arranging seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, guest books, and other decorative elements Assisting the wedding party and family with any inquiries or concerns they may have Ensuring proper end-of-event arrangements for gifts, guest books, toasting flutes, and more Requirements: Must be available to work weekends A minimum of 2 years of experience in wedding or event planning Excellent communication skills combined with a strong attention to detail Reliable transportation is necessary Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
