Traveling Cath Lab Nurse

Requirements Current RN License Degree from an accredited nursing program BLS & ACLS Certifications A minimum of eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Cath Lab setting Benefits Weekly pay with direct deposit All credentialing fees fully covered Private housing or generous housing allowance Comprehensive Group Health insurance for you and your family Company-paid life and disability insurance Travel reimbursement 401(k) matching Unlimited Referral Bonuses up to $1,000 Responsibilities The Cardiac Cath Lab RN is responsible for performing angioplasties, implanting pacemakers, and diagnosing cardiac conditions via invasive catheterization procedures, which include: Administering care to patients with heart disease and heart attack by obtaining visual diagnostics of the heart's arteries. Identifying blockages, assisting the physician during procedures, and closely monitoring the patient's status. Executing interventional procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, pacemaker and/or defibrillator implantation, along with other related interventional or diagnostic methods.
