RequirementsRole Overview: A Clinic RN works within the scope of their nursing practice to deliver quality patient care in a clinical setting, collaborating with physicians, specialists, and care teams to support both short-term and long-term patient needs. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Evaluation Administer treatments and medications as per medical directives. Collect and document patient information upon arrival. Support patient evaluations by assisting in clinical assessments. Patient Education Ensure patients understand post-care instructions and follow-up requirements. Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment plans, and medication regimens. Customer Service & Advocacy Facilitate the resolution of any patient concerns, escalating to the department manager as needed. Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families. Collaboration Maintain open communication within the team to ensure seamless patient care. Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans. Administrative Duties Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and standards. Document all nursing activities and patient interactions accurately.
