The Team and Role: Logitech is seeking a motivated and analytical Senior Analyst in Finance & Pricing Operations to play a key role in our Logitech for Business Pricing Strategy & Operations team. In this exciting position, you will help create and implement data-driven pricing strategies that boost profitability and operational effectiveness across our diverse B2B product range. You will also assist in the global rollout of an advanced CPQ sales tool, reporting directly to the Head of Global L4B Pricing Strategy & Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for: Operational Pricing Excellence: Enhancing operational processes and tools, ensuring alignment across departments to keep Finance and Pricing Operations initiatives effective. Collaborating with global and regional Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to facilitate effective pricing execution and communication. Identifying opportunities for automation and improvements in pricing workflows. Maintaining pricing governance by documenting essential pricing policies and workflows. Supporting change management strategies to ensure stakeholder adoption and the effectiveness of new initiatives. Insights and Impact Reporting: Analyzing pricing and sales performance data to evaluate the revenue and margin impacts of pricing decisions. Developing dashboards and visualizations to monitor KPIs and trends, providing insights to key stakeholders. Working with your manager to derive data-driven insights that inform leadership decisions. Pricing Strategy and Enablement: Engaging with product category teams to enhance pricing methodologies for existing products and promotions. Conducting analyses of price elasticity, discount effectiveness, and regional pricing differences, providing actionable recommendations. Supporting ongoing competitive pricing assessments with market intelligence. Identifying opportunities for improving pricing consistency across regions and customer segments. Staying updated on pricing best practices and contributing innovative ideas to the team. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the Consumer Electronics industry. Significant experience in pricing, finance, operations, or analytics roles. Experience collaborating with major players in the indirect distribution channel within the electronics sector. Familiarity with B2B/Enterprise, SaaS, or subscription-based business models is a strong preference. Required Skills: Advanced analytical skills, expertise in Excel, and proficiency with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools to manage large datasets. A proven track record of balancing tactical execution with strategic thought in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to present complex insights clearly. Experience in conducting competitor and market analyses to shape pricing strategies. A proactive team player with a positive attitude towards collaboration and problem-solving. Preferred Skills: Experience using pricing and quoting systems such as Salesforce CPQ or SAP Pricing Suite. Knowledge of revenue optimization principles or subscription-based pricing models. The expected salary for this position ranges from $103K to $155K, depending on experience and location. In certain cases, higher compensation may be available based on business needs and candidate qualifications.
