This role is heavily focused on backend C# development, working within an existing codebase, and building robust integrations that process and distribute data across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience in API development, messaging systems such as Kafka, and SQL Server, with a solid background in processing and transforming data streams. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance backend applications using C# and .NET Work within and extend existing codebases Build and maintain APIs for data integration Consume and process messages from Kafka topics (or similar messaging platforms) Process outputs from application/source code scanning tools Transform and route data to downstream systems Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of integrations Write optimized SQL queries and manage SQL Server databases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of professional experience in .NET development Strong backend development expertise in C# Extensive experience with data integration projects Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging tools Experience processing and transforming data streams Strong SQL Server knowledge (queries, performance tuning, stored procedures) Experience developing APIs Ability to work onsite 5 days per week Nice to Have Experience with WPF Experience with WinForms Equal Employment Opportunity TopTechTalent.ai believes that all persons are entitled to equal employment opportunities.
