RN - Advanced Registered Nurse

Position Overview: This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care and leadership by collaborating closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients of diverse ages, genders, cultures, and backgrounds. Providing both physical and emotional support to patients and their families is a key component of this position. Work Environment: The position includes rotating shifts covering days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, fostering a dynamic and supportive team atmosphere. Education & Certification Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Registered Nursing degree. Active Registered Nurse license in the relevant state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or to be obtained within three months of hire. Advanced certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and NRP must be completed within one year; NRP is not mandatory for Surgical RN-Advanced roles. For Emergency Room specialization, completion of Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) is required. Experience & Requirements Proven ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
