Job Summary The Regional Security Operations Manager is essential for supervising daily operations and ensuring exceptional service quality in the region. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily staffing and administrative functions to meet regional business objectives. Conducting quality assurance inspections and managing Security Officers and their direct team. Ensuring that supervisors are well-informed about orders and that resources align with contract requirements and post orders. Serving as the main liaison between Inter-Con and client representatives to ensure outstanding service delivery. Monitoring training and operational readiness of Field Supervisors and Security Officers. Upholding the highest standards of performance, appearance, and conduct among personnel. Regularly updating the Regional President regarding contract performance and compliance matters. Qualifications Proficient in developing reports and utilizing MS Office tools effectively. Familiarity with security operations and contract management is preferred. Ability to comprehend operational KPIs and leverage data to improve operations. Exceptional interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and multitasking skills are essential. A proven communicator who values teamwork and can engage effectively with all levels of management. Willingness to adapt and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A dependable team player with a strong customer service orientation. Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time. Education and Experience Preferred candidates will have an honorable military discharge, a Bachelor's degree, or at least 5 years of experience in operations and project management. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. Capability to operate in various field environments. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds as needed. Requires near and far vision for reading and computer use, as well as acute hearing for communication. Duties and responsibilities may evolve as needed.
