Job Description MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Position: Family Medicine Physician (Outpatient) Location: Bridgeport Role Type: Outpatient Family Medicine Compensation: Competitive annual salary exceeding MGMA standards, plus performance incentives Job Overview: Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a prominent Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with multiple locations throughout southern Connecticut. This position offers a 100% outpatient focus with no call responsibilities, serving adult and geriatric patients. This opportunity provides substantial career growth within the largest provider of primary care services in Fairfield County. Deliver high-quality primary care to adult and geriatric patients in a fully outpatient setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain clear, thorough documentation and uphold all regulatory standards. No new graduates at this time. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Outpatient only - Monday through Friday schedule Average 18 patients per day EPIC EMR (very important) Comprehensive support team including community health workers, nutritionists, and care navigators Strong onboarding and ramp-up period Spanish proficiency a plus Competitive compensation with sign-on and retention bonus Start Date: ASAP Location: Bridgeport, Connecticut Requirements No graduates, ASAP start date MD preferred, with completion of a residency in Internal Medicine from an accredited institution.
