Education A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health qualification pending ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications Attain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment. Maintain active certification throughout your employment. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for fruitful collaboration with healthcare teams. Adept at exercising independent judgment and solving problems in high-pressure or fast-paced circumstances.
