POWER BI LEAD

As a Power BI Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Power BI solutions that meet the business requirements of the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify data visualization needs and create robust and scalable Power BI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence concepts, as well as strong technical and analytical skills. Roles and Responsibilities: Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand data requirements, define business intelligence objectives, and design Power BI solutions that align with the organization's goals and strategies. Data Modeling: Develop data models and data flows to support efficient and accurate data visualization. Design and implement data transformations, aggregations, calculation groups and calculations to create meaningful insights and metrics. Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI. Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout the visualizations and provide insights in a clear and understandable manner. Data Integration: Work closely with data engineers and developers to identify and extract data from various sources such as databases, data warehouses, and APIs. Transform and cleanse data as needed for effective analysis and reporting. Implement data security and access controls to ensure data confidentiality.
