Location: New Lisbon, WI 53950 Job Details (Travel Nursing Contract) Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care (LTC) Location: New Lisbon, WI 53950 Start Date: 03/09/2026 End Date: 06/08/2026 Duration: 13 weeks (approx. 91 days) Shift: Full-Time PM / Evenings (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) Shift Duration: 8-hour evening shifts Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Scheduled Hours: 40 hours/week Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Employment Type: Travel Contract Tax Status: W2 On-Call: None Openings: 1 RN Job Requirements (Long-Term Care) Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be maintained throughout the assignment) Current CPR/BLS certification required 1+ years of related work experience preferred ADN required; BSN preferred Strong attention to detail Responsibilities (LTC RN - Evening Shift) Provide direct patient/resident nursing care and support day-to-day clinical operations on the unit Administer medications safely and accurately, following the "5 Rights" of medication administration Complete resident assessments and required documentation in a timely, thorough manner Perform wound care and ongoing skin/wound assessments as needed Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate significant changes promptly to providers, physicians, and families Support and collaborate with CNAs, including assisting with call lights and resident needs as appropriate Serve as a leader on the floor by assessing situations, prioritizing care, and directing workflow when needed Maintain accurate resident records with clear, compliant charting Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation per policy to nursing leadership Perform other duties as assigned to support resident safety and quality of care Apply now to take the next step in your Wisconsin travel nursing career in New Lisbon, WI 53950.
