Industry Construction Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to become a crucial part of our executive team. In this strategic role, you will serve as a senior financial advisor, leading all financial management functions while driving our ambitious growth strategy. You will influence the long-term direction of our organization, oversee accounting, treasury, budgeting, reporting, and compliance across multiple divisions, and build scalable financial systems to support our expansion. The CFO will also manage essential relationships with external partners, promote innovation in financial technology, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team. You should have at least 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a CFO role or senior finance position, particularly within the construction, development, or related industries. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of scaling companies through operational discipline and strategic insight, strong expertise in construction finance, and experience in M&A, strategic planning, and capital markets. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights are essential.
