About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Technology Consulting team. In this role, you will collaborate with both Fortune 500 and mid-market organizations to create strategic roadmaps, implement systems, and ensure continuous service effectiveness. Your primary focus will be implementing the LogicGate Risk Cloud Platform. This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork and subject matter expertise are essential. You will help clients establish a robust risk management program, and your contributions will be vital to their success. Key Responsibilities: Configure the Risk Cloud Platform to meet business requirements. Share configuration best practices with stakeholders. Develop and test scripted solutions for implementation. Create testing plans and assist customers throughout the testing process. Design training programs and deliver them to various departments. Transition clients smoothly to account management and support after go-live. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage project scope effectively. Engage in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proof-of-concepts. Document business requirements based on the Statement of Work. Develop functional processes and provide prototyping, both functionally and technically. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, or Business Administration. Strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.0). 3-5 years of experience in a professional setting. 2+ years in software implementation experience. 2+ years of system administrator experience, preferably with the LogicGate Risk Cloud Platform. Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated multi-tasking ability across projects. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel 50% or more annually. Preferred Experience: Experience with GRC systems such as Archer, ServiceNow GRC, Onspring, Workiva, NAVEX, or AuditBoard. Technical skills in APIs, scripting, and database management. Crowe is currently not sponsoring work authorization. The salary range for this position is $74,100.00 - $147,800.00 annually, based on skills, experience, and other factors.
