Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional medical care while achieving company productivity goals. Engage in peer reviews, quality assurance, and collaborative meetings with healthcare professionals. Maintain a safe environment focused on exceptional quality of care. Ensure the clinic remains open during all scheduled hours. Work with regional management to plan community events that highlight clinic services. Address patient feedback from surveys as guided by management. Oversee clinic inventory and facilitate the ordering of supplies for efficient operations. Conduct quality control on medical instruments and oversee scheduled CLIA-waived testing. Utilize company information systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support our mentorship program by being a resource and role model for others. Engage in ongoing professional development through educational seminars. Provide coverage for clinics in the region when needed. Manage operational costs effectively to meet profitability targets. Maintain active participation in community initiatives through nursing organization memberships and outreach programs. Exhibit a professional appearance by adhering to The Little Clinic's dress code. Participate in additional operational tasks as assigned by management. If required, travel to designated clinics within your geographic region. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or a Bachelor's Degree as a Physician Assistant (PAs in OH must have completed 500 hours of post-graduate physician-supervised experience). A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment. Active Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant certification with all necessary state credentials. Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C), as relevant. A valid driver's license. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Deep commitment to patient confidentiality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer systems. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Desired Qualifications: Experience with relevant clinical procedures. Knowledge of electronic health record systems. Previous experience in retail health, emergency care, or critical care settings.
