Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses, implements, or delegates, plans, and evaluates total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy, providing and directing patient care for a group of patients. The Registered Nurse (RN) relates effectively with other shifts/departments for optimal continuity of care. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides clinical supervision for entry level nurses and assists in their development. Able to assess patients quickly, prioritize, and assist in minor procedures. Manage patient check-in process, performance of triage work for doctors, and assisting with initial insurance paperwork. Communicate with doctors and patients to keep everyone updated on test results and treatment recommendations. Collaborate with laboratory personnel and report lab findings back to doctors. Demonstration of sound decision-making in emergency scenarios based on patient conditions such as vital signs, patient presentation, and assessments. Provide RN care for all patients, as well as handling of intubations, defibrillations, auto transfusions, Medlock insertions, splinting, and more. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Nursing Diploma Missouri State License or Compact Current (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required One (1) year experience as a Nurse preferred
