Job Description

The Manager, Implementation will lead a team of Implementation Managers, overseeing the end-to-end onboarding and deployment of PBM solutions for clients. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of PBM operations, system implementations, and team leadership within a client-focused environment. Please note: This role is fully on-site and requires in-office presence five days per week in our Bonita Springs FL or Mechanicsburg PA offices. Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Development Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Managers. Provide performance feedback, coaching, and career development guidance. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Implementation Oversight Ensure timely and successful execution of client onboarding projects. Monitor project progress, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution. Establish and enforce implementation standards, methodologies, and best practices. Client Engagement Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues during implementation. Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with Account Management, Clinical, and IT teams to align project goals. Process & Quality Improvement Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance delivery. Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and templates for implementation projects. Track key metrics and generate reports on project status, performance, and outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product, IT, Clinical, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs. Provide input on system enhancements, workflow improvements, and client requirements. Support organizational initiatives related to client success and operational excellence. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field is required Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing implementation managers or project leads is required Proven experience in leading implementation managers or project leadership teams Experience with PBM systems, pharmacy operations, or healthcare technology implementations. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills. Exceptional project management and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Analytical mindset with experience using metrics and reporting to drive improvements. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate complex client requirements.
