Surgical Technologist - Full-Time Position - Panther Creek Location We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our high-performing surgical team in an ambulatory surgery center. You'll play a vital role in ensuring operating rooms are prepped, sterile, and equipped for smooth surgical procedures. From setup to clean-up, you're the go-to for supporting surgeons, maintaining patient safety, and keeping things running like clockwork. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and set up sterile surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures Assist surgeons and operating room staff during surgeries, ensuring aseptic technique is maintained Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and pass instruments efficiently Count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after procedures Handle specimens appropriately and ensure accurate labeling Clean, disinfect, and restock ORs between procedures Collaborate closely with nurses, anesthesia, and sterile processing teams Uphold infection control standards and ensure regulatory compliance Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred Current BLS certification Minimum 1 year of experience in a surgical setting preferred-ambulatory surgery experience a plus Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills What We Offer: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan with employer contributions Paid Time Off program Compensation: $23-$33 per hour, commensurate with experience #INDHP
