Position Information Position Title Lead Program Manager StatusJob Summary This position is responsible for the Implementation Lead/Program Manager and orchestrates multiple related projects to achieve strategic goals, focusing on leadership, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, budgeting, and risk mitigation, while often mentoring other project managers and ensuring alignment with business objectives for successful, large-scale initiative delivery. They act as facilitators, solving roadblocks and guiding teams to execute comprehensive plans, driving continuous improvement and delivering defined outcomes. Essential Job Duties Drive the delivery of high-priority programs by turning abstract, long-term goals into detailed, actionable plans. Coordinate across departments (product, engineering, operations) to align teams, manage dependencies, and accelerate decision-making. Supervise program managers, ensuring quality control, and providing leadership on 25+ person initiatives. Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage budgets to maximize ROI. Provide regular, clear updates to executive leadership (e.g., C-suite) regarding program status, milestones, and roadblocks. Establish best practices for project management, workflow efficiency, and continuous improvement. Qualifications (Education, Experience and Specialized Training) Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, IT) MBA or Graduate degree is often preferred. Professional credentials such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) are highly valued. Physical DemandsSkills and Attributes Proficiency in enterprise software like Microsoft Project, Jira, SQL, or Tableau/Looker for data synthesis.
