This role offers strong visibility, a growing project pipeline, and a clear path into a future Project Manager position. What You'll Do Lead discovery sessions and gather business requirements Create As-Is and To-Be process documentation Translate business needs into scalable system solutions Partner with IT teams and third-party vendors Support testing, UAT, and business validation Maintain audit-ready documentation and governance standards Assist with ServiceNow request intake and coordination What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or PMO environments Strong documentation and process mapping experience Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills Nice to Have ServiceNow experience Prior project management experience Vendor coordination experience
