Sr. Software Engineer

Job Title: Senior Software EngineerSalary Grade: 28 Core Objective: Provide Salesforce solutions that efficiently and effectively solve complex business capabilities and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products. Demonstrates strong technical leadership and thoughtful planning, consistently unblocking and facilitating work for the team. Design scalable solutions aligned with best practices and emerging technologies, manage technical risks and blockers, ensure code quality and compliance, estimate development efforts, translate business needs into technical solutions through proof of concepts, recommend optimal approaches, optimize performance, define high-level design requirements, mentor developers, conduct code and design reviews, coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, BAs, and Salesforce support, resolve production incidents, and proactively support documentation and requirement analysis efforts. Primary Responsibilities: Design solutions that leverage the salesforce's best practices and introduce new technologies if necessary. Manage technical risks and resolve blockers during development. Ensure high code coverage and adherence to security and compliance standards. Determine scope and corresponding effort estimates for developments. Translating Business needs to a technical solution, perform proof of concepts. Recommended the best solutions for given set of requirements. Evaluate possible application performance bottle necks and optimize them. Assess and develop high level design requirements and communicate same with developers. Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning. Perform Code reviews, technical design documents reviews and provide technical guidance to developers. Coordinate with Developers and Salesforce support team on salesforce Cases. Work with SDoc team to remove any blockers on SDoc new requirements. Work with QA team whenever they are blocked due to technical issues. Work with BAs whenever they need requirement analysis and provide solutions. Work on Production incidents and Problem tickets Qualifications Salesforce Development Lead with below certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect Salesforce Certified Data Architect Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2 (PD2) Salesforce Certified Administrator (201) Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (402) Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer (401) Education Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field Years experience 13 Years System experience 10 Years
