Manufacturing Execution System Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Act as a key interface between the client and the system. Ensure top-notch quality of systems through clear communication, accurate issue definitions, and product knowledge to design effective solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert, engage with multiple teams, and lead effective decision-making processes. Provide support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with a focus on PAS-X. Assist in configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems. Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth system deployment and operation. Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams for seamless operation. Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance and user satisfaction. Conduct regular quality audits to maintain compliance with industry standards. Train and support team members to foster a collaborative environment. Identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to boost operational efficiency. This position requires full-time onsite work, including shifts during nights and weekends. Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of work experience. At least 1 year of experience with Werum Manufacturing Execution Solution PAS-X or a comparable MES. Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends. High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities. Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors including office location, role, skills, and experience. The anticipated hourly salary range for this role is $45 - $55.
