As the Airfoil Castings Readiness Manager, you will lead the charge in developing and implementing readiness and capacity processes with our airfoil casting suppliers. Your mission is to ensure a deep understanding of current capabilities and create strategic plans to meet rising global demands over the next five years. This position demands strong evaluative judgment and operational expertise to ensure our success. This role entails some travel, up to 10%. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Central Readiness team to effectively implement readiness processes within the Castings Commodity. Establish and nurture relationships within the commodity, supplier(s), and associated part families. Create analytical models to assess airfoil casting capacity across the value chain, identifying quantitative constraints. Develop actionable plans and utilize structured problem-solving methodologies to resolve identified constraints alongside Supplier Teams. Engage regularly with commodity leadership and key stakeholders to communicate readiness progress and propel action plan execution. Relay supplier constraints effectively to be integrated into S&OP processes to adapt to demand variations. Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and standard work processes for readiness within the commodity. Support daily management and standard work processes for airfoil casting vendors. Assist in the TAVS SIOP process for castings. Utilize industry insights to inform effective decision-making. Present technical or business solutions to leadership. Communicate complex information clearly and negotiate effectively within teams to gain buy-in. Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and craft innovative solutions using analytical skills and industry best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Project Management. A minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Project Management. Preferred Characteristics: Ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve desired results. Experience in analyzing and solving complex issues. Proficient in documenting, planning, and executing projects or improvements. Proven track record of building strong relationships both internally and externally. Experience leading projects and initiatives. Demonstrated project management competencies. Exhibit humility: respectful, receptive, and eager to learn. Value transparency: shares critical information and provides constructive feedback. Skilled problem solver: analytical thinker who challenges existing processes. Focused and quick to learn, able to strategically prioritize tasks. The base pay range for this position is $116,000 - $130,000. Specific pay may vary based on experience, education, and skills. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This position will remain open until February 20, 2026.
