Your Role We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Field Operations Management who will be responsible for overseeing all Field Operations within Global Commercial Operations. This role encompasses comprehensive strategic, operational, and financial responsibilities for both customer-facing and business operations. As SVP, you will establish an integrated operating model for enterprise and consumer field operations. You will streamline workflows, enhance technician support systems, optimize maintenance programs, and standardize processes across the organization. Your mission will be to create an advanced, simplified, and automated Field Operations ecosystem that enhances employee experience, boosts operational efficiency, and elevates customer satisfaction. You will lead transformational initiatives, ensuring effective operational execution while establishing scalable governance models across the enterprise. Main Responsibilities Leadership of Enterprise Field Operations Direct all field execution related to installation, repair, maintenance, infrastructure support, power restoration, and decommissioning. Lead two VP Field Operations teams, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and performance standards. Encourage unified performance expectations utilizing analytics, insights, and productivity tools. Centralized Business Operations Oversight Provide strategic leadership for Centralized Business Operations, automating and enhancing effectiveness in previously fragmented processes. Drive enterprise program management, ensuring visibility into performance and asset management. Lead a Center of Excellence dedicated to scalable design, continuous improvement, and AI integration. Champion technician and employee experiences, leveraging feedback to drive product development. Oversee centralized maintenance and technician support programs. Manage budgetary responsibilities for centralized functions with an emphasis on financial discipline. Strategic Transformation & Modernization Lead transformational efforts aimed at modernizing workflows and operating models across Field Ops and centralized functions. Facilitate the deployment of AI and automation tools. Promote process simplification and redesign initiatives. Operational Integration & Standardization Streamline the integration of processes and performance metrics across field operations. Collaborate with teams in HR, Finance, Engineering, and more to unify operations into a cohesive framework. Ensure compliance and standardization in budgeting practices. People Leadership & Organizational Development Guide a diverse organization while emphasizing clarity and high performance. Foster a culture rooted in accountability, safety, and customer focus. Advance leadership development and establish a succession planning framework. Customer Experience & Operational Performance Ensure high-quality execution in both installation and repair services. Manage performance dashboards for operational transparency and data-driven decision-making. Enhance customer satisfaction through reliable service provision and operational excellence. Qualifications We seek a strategic leader capable of unifying complex field operations, with a proven record in driving modernization and automation in large-scale environments. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, an exceptional communicator, and possess strong leadership capabilities. Required Experience 15+ years in operational leadership roles, including executive experience. Demonstrated success in executing transformative initiatives within complex operations. Strong financial management skills. Ability to navigate and influence in matrix environments to meet enterprise objectives. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Preferred Experience Expertise in centralized operations and technician support. Understanding of organizational design and enterprise transformation. Familiarity with field productivity practices. #RCO Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $273,787 - $365,050, based on national data.
