CGP: Manager FP&A

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $72 to $77 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Develop and oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Implement and maintain financial systems and software to improve efficiency and accuracy. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective internal controls and risk management strategies. Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance. Analyze cost structures and recommend improvements to enhance profitability. Act as a liaison between the finance department and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication. Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles. 3 & 5 Year forecasts experience. Proven experience in a senior financial management position, preferably within a large organization or multinational company. Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing finance teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
